Q What is REWARDS'n DEBIT?
REWARDS'n DEBIT is a rewards and payment program all tied into one. Using Mobile Pay (Debit) inside the store and at the pump, automatically earns or redeems your rewards right from the App. Rewards can come in the form of fuel discounts and free or exclusive discounts inside any Toot'n Totum convenience store.
Q What is Mobile Pay and how can I sign up?
Mobile Pay allows you to make purchases inside the store and authorize a pump for fuel. It
automatically redeems your fuel discount rewards. To sign up for Mobile Pay, grab a REWARDS'n DEBIT Card at any Toot'n Totum location and tap Mobile Pay from the home screen to begin. Need a card?
Visit tootntotum.com/rewards and complete the form to have one mailed to you.
Q Can I use my current TnT Gas Discount Card as payment for Mobile Pay?
Yes! If you currently have an active TnT Gas Discount Card and know the associated email, you can link it
in the app for Mobile Pay. Ensure that you register for the app with the same email associated with your
Gas Discount Card. Then tap Mobile Pay and enter the card number on the back of your Gas Discount
Card. If you're unsure of the email or can't see the number on the back of your card, please contact
Q Mobile Pay is asking for my bank information. Is it safe?
Yes. Rest assured this is one of the safest forms of payment. You can securely enter your banking
information and then use Mobile Pay at any Toot'n Totum. Each purchase requires a 4-digit PIN that you
create when verifying your bank information
Q Can I use my debit/credit card for Mobile Pay?
Not currently. We hope to include all major forms of payment soon. For now, Mobile Pay uses ACH.
Q Are there any fees to use the app?
No. Using the app and signing up for REWARDS'n DEBIT and debit is completely free. You only pay for in-store and
Q Where is Mobile Pay accepted?
o At any Toot'n Totum convenience store location. To see all stores, select the Stations tab from the home screen of the app or visit tootntotum.com/locations. If you see a station that's missing or in the wrong location, please contact Member Support at 833-616-1968 or email email@example.com.
o Beer, liquor, wine, tobacco, cigarettes, fuel, lottery, gift cards, money orders, and other service categories are excluded from earning rewards.
Q How can I change my PIN?
Tap the More tab in the app, tap Manage Mobile Pay, then tap Update PIN. You'll be required to enter the email, last 4 digits of your card, and answer your security question.
Q How will Mobile Pay purchases appear on my bank account?
Transactions will appear as "ACH PAYMENT TOOT N TOTUM…" with additional information within 3 business days of the purchase. You will also receive a transaction email from "firstname.lastname@example.org" with the subject "Your Recent T'nT REWARDS'n DEBIT Purchase" within 24 hours of the purchase.
Q How do I reset my Password?
Tap the More tab, then tap Profile, and Reset Your Password can be found at the bottom of the screen. You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your REWARDS'n DEBIT App. An email will be sent to the entered address with next steps.
Q What's my Alt ID, and how do I use it?
Your Alt ID is a series of numbers that allows you to earn and redeem your rewards at the pump and
inside the store. If you're using Mobile Pay, you won't have to enter your Alt ID. To find your Alt ID in the
app, tap the barcode icon in the top right of the home screen and your Alt ID & barcode will be
displayed. You can manage your Alt ID by updating your phone number in the Profile section of the
Q What happens if I don't receive the fuel discount or free item?
For any adjustments, locate your receipt and contact Member Support at 833-616-1968 or email
email@example.com. If you don't have a receipt, please provide as much information as
possible: your Alt ID, location, date, and time of the transaction
Q Do I need WiFi connection to use the TnT REWARDS'n DEBIT app?
The Toot'n Totum REWARDS'n DEBIT App will use your device's cellular signal and automatically work
with our station's gas pumps and registers.
Q Why does the app need my location?
The Toot'n Totum REWARDS'n DEBIT App uses your device's GPS to determine which Toot'n Totum
location you are visiting so that you can authorize payment at the pump and inside the store. The app
also uses your location to find other Toot'n Totum locations.
Q How do I change my Email and Notification preferences?
Tap the More tab, then tap Profile. Communications Preferences can be found at the bottom of the

Tap the Profile icon in the top left of the home screen, then tap Edit in the top right. Any changes to
your phone number will also change your Alt ID.
Q How do I change or delete my bank account information?
To make any edits to your banking information, please contact Member Support at 833-616-1968,
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM central time.
Q What are the transaction limits for the app?
o Daily max is $175, single-transaction max is $125.
o Daily transactions are 7, and weekly max is 20.
