Weekly Pay
Toot'n Totum Team Members are paid weekly through a direct deposit to the bank of their choice.
Benefits
Toot'n Totum offers affordable and valuable insurance benefits to its Team Members. Non-management Team Members are eligible for insurance benefits on the first day of the month after 90 days of employment. All benefits are voluntary and premiums are deducted from payroll. Team Members are eligible to insure their qualified dependents at an additional cost.
Non-management benefits include:
- Limited health benefit plan
- Dental insurance
- Supplemental insurance
Retirement
Team Members who are 18 years or older are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan after completing 6 months and 1000 hours of service. Enrollment is quarterly and Toot'n Totum matches a percentage of the contribution. Vesting (ownership) in the matching funds is graduated over a period of 6 years.
College Tuition Reimbursement Program
Toot'n Totum supports Team Members who wish to extend their education while employed. Please refer to the College Tuition Program page on this website.
Paid Time Off
Team Members are eligible to earn paid time off during their employment.
Employee Discount
Team Members receive discounts at the Car Care Lube Centers, Toot'n Totum Car Wash locations, and on payroll check cashing services at Mr. Payroll locations.
